Terms and Conditions:
1- This offer is valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase.
2- Seasons (Ramadan) are excluded from use (2026 AD).
3-Does not include consultants.
4- Priority for early bookings
5- The service cannot be resold.
6- In the event that a refund is requested and payment is made through installment companies (Tabby - Tamara), an 8% installment service fee will be deducted.
The refund request processing period is 14 working days.
7- The service is used once.
8- This offer is valid every day of the week except Friday.
9- Value added tax will be applied to non-national ID holders (non-Saudis) and will be paid at the clinic.
10- If part of the offer is used, the services will be charged at the basic price.
11- A 3% administrative fee will be deducted for refunding the fees.
Exchange and Return Policy
The validity period for returns and exchanges is within 3 days from the date of purchase in the online store and application.
