Exchange and return policies
- Offers purchased through the website cannot be returned and can be exchanged for other services within the clinic for a maximum of three days.
- Retouching duration from 10 to 14 days "touch up is free session"
• If the specified period is exceeded, the retouching will be cancelled.
Terms and Conditions:
1- This offer cannot be used during the month of Ramadan.
2- This offer is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
3- Priority for early bookings
4- The service cannot be resold.
5- The value cannot be refunded in cash after purchase.
6- The service is used once.
7- This offer is valid every day of the week except Friday.
8- VAT will be applied to non-Saudis and will be paid at the clinic.
9- The university card must be shown when coming to the clinic, especially for university students’ offers.
