Exchange and return policies:
Offers purchased through the website cannot be returned and can be exchanged for other services within the clinic within a maximum of three days.
Duration of retouches from 10 to 14 days “Frills are a free session”
If the specified period is exceeded, the fees will be cancelled
If a refund is requested and payment is made through installment companies (Tabby - Tamara), an 8% service fee + 5% administrative fee will be deducted.
The period for studying the return request is 14 working days
The customer has no right to request a return after providing the service partially or completely
The customer does not have the right to request a return or exchange to purchase another offer
The customer cannot replace any service included in the offers (example: laser service with eyebrow bleaching, eyebrow bleaching cannot be replaced with any other service) or share it with another person.
In the event of the absence or resignation of the treating health practitioner, the client will be automatically transferred to another health practitioner, or a refund request will be submitted after the administration’s approval, and the previously mentioned costs will be deducted.
Terms and Conditions :

3- Priority for early reservations.

6- This offer is valid every day of the week except Friday
7- VAT will be applied to non-Saudis and will be paid at the clinic
8- The university card must be presented when coming to the clinic, especially for university student offers
